Full Description

Angel Pattern Bimetallic Thermometer is a mechanical temperature measuring instrument designed with an angled (adjustable) stem connection for easy installation and clear reading in confined or hard-to-reach locations. It operates using a bimetallic sensing element, ensuring accurate, stable, and reliable temperature measurement without the need for external power. Suitable for industrial processes, HVAC systems, pipelines, and machinery applications.

The Angle Bimetallic Thermometer is specifically designed for use in the chemical and petrochemical, oil and gas, power engineering, and shipbuilding industries, meeting rigorous requirements for resistance to aggressive media, with optional 316 stainless steel construction for the case, stem, and process connection. It is manufactured in accordance with the ASME B40.200 standard, delivering high quality, reliable performance, and making it an ideal choice for process industry applications. The robust, hermetically sealed case with standard IP66 (NEMA 4X) ingress protection enables reliable operation in harsh environmental conditions. It offers a wide range of dampening options, including case filling and a dampened packed bearing, allowing stable operation under severe vibration and minimizing pointer oscillation. An easily accessible reset screw on the back of the case allows quick, limited reference temperature adjustment, reducing maintenance and recalibration costs.

Features
Robust, hermetically sealed case
±1% of full-scale accuracy (ASME B40.200 Grade A)
External reset for reference temperature adjustment
Dished dial (anti-parallax) for easy reading
Adjustable stem and dial for optimal process connection
