Level Gauge

Level Gauge is an instrument used to measure and indicate the level of liquids in tanks, vessels, or process systems. It provides accurate and continuous level indication, allowing safe and reliable monitoring of process conditions. Level gauges are suitable for industrial applications such as oil & gas, chemical processing, power plants, and water treatment systems, and are designed for durable performance in demanding environments.

Magnetic level gauge visualize the level in a tank or phase separation between two liquids. Magnetic level gauge visualize this with red/white wafers that follow the magnetic float. Limit switches and/or transmitters with 4-20mA feedback are often used in addition. They are supplied in specified lengths in stainless steel or more high-quality material. The design itself must be specified and we can deliver in many variants. Magnetic level gauge can also be supplied with a By-pass solution with Guided wave radar as double indication. Guided wave radar has no moving parts and requires minimal maintenance. They can measure both the level and the interface between two media.
